What counts as a play?
A play corresponds to the successful retrieval of an audio guide by an end user.
Repeated retrievals of the same content are counted accordingly.
Fair usage & flexibility
- No automatic blocking for short-term usage spikes
- If limits are exceeded long-term, we will notify you in time
- Tier changes are possible at any time
